Such a soulful voice that aches with heartache. This band is blowing up nationwide right now. What nice is yes this is their most polished and technical album but actually all 4 are amazing. Isaac Gibson also has an amazing g band of crazy talented musicians backing that epic vocal sound. Buy their stuff and support this band. Do it do it.

The best I've heard from Steve Earle in a long while. It's a tragedy that Justin Townes Earle is gone and such a terrible loss for his family. You sense the loss but even more so love from father to son. The songs have an earthier tone and a softer touch with an appealing palette of country, blues and bluegrass. It all seems to work and IMO presents Steve at his best. It reminds me of some favourite earlier records, "I Feel Alright" & "Train a Comin".

New to this band and I’m embarrassed by this declaration that it took me so long. Isaac’s vocals are raw and full of emotion. He writes amazing lyrics that are way too relatable for most. The band sounds great as well very in sync with each other. They have for sure grown and evolved as well. I’d love to see more harmonizing in the future. It’s very good and sort of untapped so far. This whole album is a gut wrencher but Everlasting Lover is a perfect song.
